About the Event
An Afternoon of Hope & Hospitality
You are invited to a private spring tea benefiting The Healing Home Foundation. Join us for an afternoon of warm hospitality, fine tea, and an opportunity to learn more about our mission to provide healing and stability for children and families impacted by trauma.
This inaugural fundraiser supports foster children, foster parents, and adoptive families. Every placement that breaks down is not just a statistic — it is a child who must start over. Your presence and support help change that story.

Table Host Information
Hosts help create the warm, personal atmosphere that makes this event special. We are grateful for your willingness to gather friends and introduce them to The Healing Home Foundation!
What Is Expected of a Table Host
As a table host, you may invite up to 7 guests to join you at your table (8 total, including yourself). Here is what we ask of our hosts:
- Invite your guests personally — you'll receive a host packet with invitations to mail or hand deliver
- Follow up with all invitees by calling, texting, or emailing friends who would enjoy the event
- Share briefly about Healing Home Foundation — you'll receive a Host FAQ with key points and conversation starters
- Confirm your guest list by the RSVP date (March 14) using a simple form we'll provide
- Attend the event with your guests — your presence helps create a welcoming atmosphere
A Note About Donations
There is no required donation to host a table, and your guests are under no obligation to contribute financially. This is simply an opportunity to gather friends and loved ones for a meaningful afternoon of fellowship and awareness. Of course, donations of any amount are always warmly welcomed and deeply appreciated, but they are entirely voluntary.
What Hosts Do Not Have to Do
- You do not need to fundraise at your table
- You do not need to decorate
- You do not need to prepare food
- Everything else will be handled by the event team
